We cannot accept online registration. We are not equipped to accept credit cards or PayPal. However, it is easy to use this form.

An easy way is to download it here. Note: The download will not work if you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you need to obtain the Reader a FREE copy is available by clicking the Adobe icon.

You may also obtain a copy of the form by right-clicking on it. Depending upon which browser you use you then select "print" or "save image." ("Save image" will download the file to your computer where you can then print it.)

And, you may email us at membershipform@bathhomeowners.org and request a copy which will be sent to you by return email.
